A roofing partner for main contractors
New build roofing is a coordination job as much as a technical one, because the roofing package has to land in sequence with the frame, the deck and the trades that follow. We have worked alongside other contractors on live sites, including a project at Brine Leas Academy where a second contractor was carrying out demolition and new build works at the same time, and we planned the roofing so neither programme slipped.
Main contractors judge a roofing sub-contractor on safety, programme and snag lists. We pride ourselves on excellent working and safety practices, all operatives carry CSCS cards, and our accreditations include CHAS, Safe Contractor, Construction Line, NFRC and the Federation of Master Builders, which supports principal contractors with their own compliance requirements.
Any specified system, installed to manufacturer standard
Architects specify the system, and the installer determines whether the finished roof earns its guarantee. We are accredited contractors for Bauder, Garland, Icopal, Tremco, IKO and Kemper, so the systems most commonly specified on commercial new builds can be installed by us to the manufacturer specification, which is what qualifies the roof for the manufacturer guarantee.
We install bituminous felt, liquid applied coatings, single ply membranes and green roofs, and our experience extends into profile metal sheeting and composite panel roofing systems. That range means we can price the roofing package as specified rather than pushing a design towards the one system we happen to install.

We offer free of charge surveys, budget costs and pricing for all potential works, and we can accompany a price with a company report to support bids and tenders. Our aim is to work with the client to give the best advice possible, so the roofing package is priced right the first time rather than corrected by variations later.
