Survey, Budgets & Pricing
We offer free of charge surveys, budget costs and pricing for all of our potential works. This can be accompanied with a company report to support any bids/ tenders that may be required. Our aim is to work with the client to give the best advice possible to ensure a quality job at a cost efficient price.
Roofing
We are conversant in all aspects of flat roofing systems, with our specialist areas being bituminous felt and liquid applied. We have successfully carried out high quality roofing projects, large and small, from the Midlands up to Cumbria and the North East. With the majority of our work coming from referrals and repeat customers, we pride ourselves on providing excellent working and safety practices.
Bituminous felt, torch applied and self-adhesive
Reinforced bitumen membranes are our core specialism. Torch applied felt is heat bonded in layers to form a fully sealed waterproof covering, while self-adhesive felt bonds without an open flame, so it suits occupied buildings where hot works need to be limited.

Liquid waterproofing is applied cold and cures into a seamless membrane, so it works well on roofs with complex details, plant, penetrations or upstands that sheet systems struggle to seal. Liquid applied systems are one of our two named specialist areas alongside bituminous felt.

We are based in Wigan in the North West and have successfully carried out roofing projects, large and small, from the Midlands up to Cumbria and the North East.
Can you work on occupied buildings such as schools?+
Yes. The education sector is our main driver and many of our projects run during term time. We plan the works with the school so the roof is replaced while the normal, safe day to day operations of the building continue for staff and pupils.
Which accreditations do you hold?+
Our professional accreditations include CHAS, Safe Contractor, Construction Line, NFRC and the Federation of Master Builders. All operatives carry CSCS cards and are CRB checked, and many hold additional security clearance for police, HMP and other special clients.
